A competitive Irish international runner currently training toward the European Cross-Country Championships, she balances elite sport with a growing presence across radio, television, and digital platforms.

Lauren's broadcasting experience includes working at ESPN in the United States, where she contributed to major live college sports coverage, and assistant producing sport for Virgin Media's Ireland AM show, helping shape content that aired nationwide. She has reported for Off The Ball, covering everything from GAA to athletics, and also supported the editing team at RTÉ during the Olympic Games, assisting in the edit suite on one of sport's biggest global stages.
